LUMA Integration was appointed to deliver the KNX control system for this luxury Weybridge residence, working alongside the appointed electrical contractor. Our role focused on integrating the building's lighting and HVAC systems into a single intelligent control platform.
The lighting control system was programmed to provide intuitive scene control throughout the property, allowing each space to be tailored for different activities and times of day. Heating and environmental controls were also integrated, creating a responsive and energy-efficient home that remains simple for the client to operate.
From commissioning through to final optimisation, every function was carefully configured and tested to ensure the technology complemented the architecture without compromising ease of use.
