LUMA Integration carried out the complete electrical rewire as part of the extensive refurbishment of this historic 1600s Oast House. The installation required a considered approach to introducing modern electrical services while respecting the character and original fabric of the property. Lighting was carefully integrated throughout the home, working alongside the exposed stonework, traditional joinery and architectural features. Our scope also included the electrical supplies and controls for the air source heat pump and underfloor heating system, together with Cat 6 network points throughout the property to provide a robust infrastructure for modern connectivity. From the main electrical infrastructure through to lighting, heating controls and final accessories, the installation provides the functionality expected of a modern home while retaining the distinctive character of the original building.
We begin every project with a conversation, understanding the home, the brief and the people who will live in it.
