LUMA Integration delivered the complete electrical rewire and KNX installation as part of the extensive refurbishment of this Hampshire residence.

Using primarily Gira KNX hardware, we created an integrated control system bringing together the home's architectural lighting, heating, cooling and automated blinds. Lighting scenes were programmed to allow multiple circuits to work together, creating different environments throughout the property while keeping everyday control simple and intuitive.

Considerable attention was given to how the electrical and control systems worked with the interior design, from discreet staircase and joinery lighting through to decorative feature fittings and carefully positioned user controls.

Behind the finished interiors, a centrally engineered KNX infrastructure provides a robust and flexible platform, allowing the different building services to operate as one coordinated system while remaining adaptable for future changes.
